All our Hot classes are based on the classic 90 minute, 26 +2 sequence made popular by Bikram Yoga and a great place to start! The unchanging sequence allows you to use your practice as a mirror, noticing the difference in yourself each day. With correct alignment and form, work to your maximum intensity (not your neighbours) and receive the amazing therapeutic benefits immediately! This class is challenging but requires no specific strength or flexibility to start, which makes it our first choice for beginners or those carrying injuries.
The room is heated to 38 degrees to enable deep and effective stretching, increase cardiovascular activity and detoxification, and reduce soreness the next day. Come hydrated, with an open heart and smile on your face. Life-changing, soul-nourishing hard work!
Choose from either 60 minute or 90 minute duration. Both will offer similar medical benefits, and an opportunity for moving meditation and focus.
