Explore what it means to move confidently through the world. A 3 hour journey of breath, dance, movement & discussion.

Confidence gives you a feeling of being secure like no other. It is a deep rooted sensation of self-assurance and allows you to play life at the level you desire. When you apply confidence to one area of your life, the rest of your life gets an upgrade.
Maybe you…
  • Know you have more to give life but hold yourself back due to fear and overwhelm.
  • Experience social anxiety.
  • Struggle to set boundaries with others.
  • Desire to walk, talk, and move with more magnetism.
  • LOVE to move your body.
  • Want to learn practical ways that you can build more self confidence.

What you will experience:
  • 3 Breathwork exercises to rapidly change your state so that you can transform your mood in times of overwhelm.
  • A practice to calm anxiety and re pattern fear so that you feel more at ease to do the things you want to do.
  • Explorative exercises to help you move your body more confidently
  • Discussion on the 5 pillars of confidence and how to use them to move through the world with more ease.
Who is this for?
  • Those who crave to feel more confident in their own skin
  • Those who have tried dry and bland confidence trainings before and are excited and curious by a different, embodied, approach.
  • Those who love the idea of coming into a safe space to try new things
