This is more than a workshop — it’s an opportunity to reset your nervous system, release what you’ve been holding onto, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
In our fast-paced world, stress, emotions and experiences often become stored in the body. Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools we have to move this energy, regulate the nervous system and create profound shifts in how we feel physically, mentally and emotionally.
We will begin the afternoon by sharing ceremonial cacao, a gentle heart-opening ritual traditionally used to support connection, intention and emotional openness. This grounding start allows the body to soften and the mind to settle before moving into the breathwork journey.
From there, Freya will guide you through a powerful conscious connected breathing practice, supported by carefully curated music and sound. The breath becomes the vehicle for releasing tension, expanding awareness and activating the body’s natural capacity to heal and rebalance.
Many people experience emotional release, deep relaxation, clarity, insights or a powerful sense of reconnection during these sessions.
After the breathwork journey, we’ll allow time for gentle integration, followed by light refreshments so the experience can settle naturally within the body.
This session is suitable for both beginners and experienced breathwork practitioners.
