Saturday 8th of August 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Revered in Ancient Egypt, Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) was used in sacred ceremonies to support meditation, deepen intuition, and cultivate a connection to higher consciousness.
Known for its calming, heart-opening, and gently euphoric qualities, Blue Lotus invites a sense of presence, ease, and inner connection.
Join Begüm & Freya for an immersive evening combining a Blue Lotus ceremony with conscious connected breathwork. Together, these practices support nervous system regulation, emotional release, expanded awareness, and deep relaxation—creating space to reconnect with yourself beyond the noise of everyday life.
What to expect
The evening begins with a Blue Lotus ceremony, offering time to slow down, set an intention, and connect with this ancient plant ally.
Freya will then guide you through a conscious connected breathwork journey to help release stored tension, reduce stress, and cultivate greater clarity, insight, and self-awareness.
We'll finish with a gentle integration, allowing time to reflect, ground, and absorb the experience before returning to your evening.
A beautiful invitation to reset, expand, dream, and come home to yourself.
