Greater clarity and focus

6-Week Course starting 17th of June Wednesdays | 10:30–11:15am
with Freya Mckernan
A gentle return to your body, your breath, and yourself. This six-week postnatal Yoga series is for new mums who are ready to begin coming home to their bodies — with their baby right by their side.
Each class draws on deep core activation, pelvic floor connection, breath work, and functional movement to help you rebuild from the inside out. Expect to restore stability, release held tension, and move through everyday motherhood with a little more ease. But this is more than movement. It's a place to land. To exhale. To be met — by your body, your baby, and a room full of women who get it. Feeding, settling, and tending to your baby is always welcome here. Always.
Suitable for Postnatal mums with medical clearance, and babies up to crawling age.
What to expect
Deep core and pelvic floor rebuilding Posture support and relief from common postnatal aches Safe, progressive reintroduction to movement Genuine connection with a community of mums in the same season
Come as you are — tired, full of love, figuring it out. We'll meet you there.
